Road race senior men 30km : The bunch stayed together for a long time. But Frank Fiers, Dutchman Mesu and Wannes Van Praet accelerated and took even more than 30 seconds to the group. The bunch woke up just before the bell... Good effort from Brecht De Smedt to bring the bunch back and finaly it came to a sprint. It seemed like Felix Rijhnen would win but was overtaken in the last meters by Kwinten Tas. Thomas Boucher became third.
