Vicories for Tas and Berg

A clear win for Sabine Berg in the senior ladies category. Even a full German podium with Rumpus and Strüver joining Sabine on the podium. Berg claimed the victory during the road race on Sunday morning, Rumpus did the same on the 3K inline in the afternoon. Lochland and Nele Armée ended up as 4th and fifth. Nice to see Nele back on the track again....

Suspens in the senior men category. Kwinten Tas won the road race (30K) in the morning. Before the last race there was only one single point of difference in the overall classification between Boucher and Tas. Felix Rijhnen - teammate of Kwinten for Rollerblade - sprinted to victory in the last race of the day (elimination). Tas was second, Boucher fourth. After winning in 2006, Kwinten could add a new overall victory to his list.

In the junior category an infernal trio of Italians taking gold, silver and bronze. Del Luca, Fede en D'Annibale leading in front of the Dutch connection Groot-Buurman. Nice races and suspens in the junior men category as well. European champion Putignano claimed four (out of 6) distances. Mathias Vosté and Siemen Tas joined him on the podium.
